Tour de Bleu raises $3.25 million to stop cancer before it can begin! On Sunday, August 7, a group of 55 cyclists participating in Tour de Bleu — a private fundraiser hosted by the Peter Gilgan Foundation and Mattamy Homes — took to the streets in support of hereditary breast and ovarian cancer research at Women’s College Hospital. By the end of their 160-kilometre journey, they had raised over $3.25 million to help save generations of lives. |

When should you get a mole checked out? Melanoma is the most aggressive form of skin cancer. It often develops as a new lesion but can sometimes develop from a pre-existing mole.
